Gentle yoga postures work to open up the pelvis and hips as well as taking pressure off your lower back. Relaxation techniques are especially catered for pregnant women. The best part is, you can enjoy this class throughout your entire pregnancy! All levels are welcome, as Toni will offer plenty of modifications for all the yoga poses.
Please bring a blanket, pillow, water, and yoga mat.
